crowded pool areapoor cleaning
i was really disappointed with several aspects of my stay. the breakfast was lackluster , with a limited selection of fruits. the pool area was often crowded and not as clean as i expected , with used towels often left lying around. rooms were not cleaned well , even when towels were replaced.

The staff was WONDERFUL and catered to every need. I requested a fan for my room, even though they aren't standard. The reception provided one to ensure I was comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient. I found the environment to be VERY peaceful.
The photos online seem to be from when the hotel first opened. They don't COMPLETELY reflect the current state. The rooms are updated, but the gym equipment looked worn. The breakfast lacked variety, especially fresh, local fruits.

I appreciated the location right on Pattaya Beach. The resort includes nice nature and cleanliness. My room was large and quiet at night. I slept very well and the bed was big.
